- Upon my return to the UK, I was tasked with managing the UK office for SMS ISO. From this office we managed cruise ship turnarounds for 8 different cruise lines in Southampton & Dover. My responsibilities included all major communications with cruise line clients, planning & scheduling up to 100 staff for operations across various locations and leading a team to ensure continuity of quality across all brands.

- Following the successful integration in Ireland, I transferred to Miami to run the passenger logistics for SMS ISO. This involved planning and scheduling transportation for guests arriving and departing for their cruise for up to 7 cruise ships a day to/from 2 different airports. This also involved leading a team across these various locations to ensure a smooth and continuous service.

Throughout my tenure here I graduated to Assistant Manager where my duties included dealing with guests queries and complaints, managing the takings for the bar and managing hotel bookings and managing staff.
