Senior Talent Sourcer

  • Initially working across all EMEA regions, I spent three years aligned solely on our DACH sales hiring. I am now managing TOFU for our sales positions within the challenging French market.
  • The first Talent Sourcer for the HubSpot Flywheel team, I had the opportunity to help define the Talent Sourcer role
  • My responsibilities included interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring EMEA (and previously JAPAC) Talent Sourcers
  • Created, adapted, and continuously improved processes and procedures related to sourcer-recruiter partnerships
  • Proactively created and facilitated EMEA Sourcing team meetings, sourcing sessions, and knowledge sharing within the sourcing team
  • This ensured we clearly understand each other's respective markets, including challenges and opportunities, with the goal of enabling agility with the team allowing us to pivot successfully to alternative markets when needed
  • Working closely with Recruiting Leadership, Hiring Managers and Sales Directors to build strong sales teams with a focus on data, interview trends and market research
  • The creation and implementation of diversity focused TOFU strategies and region specific employer branding campaigns
  • Demonstrating mastery in inclusive pipeline generation, with intentional focus on DI&B, along with coaching others using best practices
  • Accurately forecasting activity and developing backwards plans to focus on passive TOFU to meet or exceed pipeline goals
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve hiring process and speed - via pipeline data analysis and candidate feedback - with an eye to improving candidate experience
