As a Technical Consultant at the Main Psychiatric Centre, I was responsible for managing and optimizing the IHMS (Integrated Hospital Management System) – a centralized, web-based application designed to provide comprehensive healthcare services. My role involved supporting the smooth operation and integration of this system within the hospital's daily operations. Key responsibilities included:

• Data Management & Integration: Oversaw and managed critical hospital data, including patient registrations, admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) data, ensuring that all relevant data was accurately processed and integrated into the IHMS.
• Electronic Health Records (EHR): Worked with electronic health records (EHR) to upload patient data such as lab reports and medical history into the IHMS, ensuring seamless data transfer and retrieval.
• Technical Support: Provided on-site technical support to hospital staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the IHMS, ensuring its smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
• Customization & System Enhancement: Collaborated with hospital management to understand their operational needs and customized the IHMS features to better meet their requirements.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Assisted in system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring the hospital staff could use the IHMS efficiently without disruptions.
• Training & Documentation: Conducted training sessions for hospital staff on how to effectively use the IHMS for patient management and generated technical documentation to support system users.
