  • To achieve this, I am working with the stakeholders mentioned and multiple engineering teams on system integration, capability design, end user experience and compliance
  • I have Ops ownership of the move to a Sirius/LRD sales model for the modern contracts
  • Within my role I have created framework for the creation of modern policy documents which define guidelines for all future launches based on the output from project Alexandria
  • Initially these documents have focused on the contracting areas defining modern contracting policies: formatting, branding, terms acceptance methods, data retention etc
  • The model will be expanded to include other areas such as invoicing etc
  • The effort came from my own initiative to avoid recreating the fragmented landscape of how we execute contracts in legacy, and introduce standards to ensure adherence to policies, providing guidance to other project managers
  • For contract processes which require some manual touch I own process flow design and defining work instructions to ensure we successfully complete contracts
  • To enable this, I have recently transitioned our CSP ROC processing teams from using multiple tools to a single integrated Agreement Management Tool
