INTERESTS

My family is at the heart of what I do. One of my main interests is athletics in which I have achieved many ambitions and goals. I have proudly represented my club, country and School home and abroad. I was awarded a certificate of distinction in 2000 for my contribution to athletics. In October 2008 I completed the Dublin Marathon. Other interests include Horse Racing, Swimming and cycling.

Accomplishments

  • I have been successful in managing a highly motivated world class inside sales team who have successfully grew revenue, quarter on quarter, by up selling, building trust in both the products they offer and their ability to deliver on what was promised, resulting in exceeding sales targets and high customer retention rates.
  • On top of my day to day management of the team I have also taken on the role of head of sales for hosted voice which is an important strategic growth product for eir business. Within this role we have successfully grown pipeline to over 4000 seats through implantation of highly visible marketing EDM’s and customer demo days.
  • With our base we have 400 of Ireland’s top companies who have implemented detailed account plans and identified strategic growth opportunities which will ensure we are positioned within the customer eyes as a trusted advisor and be their network provider of choice.
  • I have fostered excellent relationships with cross functional teams, improving departmental communications, increasing customer (both internal & external) satisfaction. Through these internal relationships I have had the opportunity to be involved in various business activities outside of my direct role. I was involved in the design and implementation of many of our product offerings working closely with product development and the Salesforce team.
  • During my time in this role we were awarded eir business sales team of the year 13/14.
