- Job duties include sustaining ownership of day-to-day operations including equipment troubleshooting and mentoring technicians and engineers to deliver best-in-class results
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools as well as developing strategy to prevent the problem from recurring in future
- Establish area priorities, set direction and clearly communicate to team members on the critical items and provide excellent written and verbal communications to their direct management and across the organization
- People management responsibilities will include all aspects of team health, including staffing, technical coaching, skills development, training and proficiency, performance management, organizational health for the team and being an advocate for Culture Evolution within the department
- Continuously developing program roadmaps will be delegated to team members under my guidance and on HPM (High precision Maintenance) and tool efficiency / availability program

- I work with the OEM vendors to agree strategies and equipment down escalation support for leading edge equipment, specifically ensuring suppliers can deliver a new technology install start up and ramp on Ireland site
- I have regular meetings with multiple customers and stakeholders both locally and at global level to obtain input, interpret data and ensure business processes/goals are met
- I work closely with our Supplier Service Program (SSP) Manager who are responsible for coordinating
- Field service support resulting in on time delivery of resources to support factory requirements
- Also collaborate with vendors for ensuring the safe and effective execution of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting by Equipment Supplier organizations by maintaining alignment between the vendors and Intel teams while focused on Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cycle Time and Cost
