In college, I collaborated with classmates on projects, shared responsibilities, provided feedback, and collectively worked towards common goals. In work settings, I’ve been a key member of cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and achieving objectives efficiently. Outside of academics, I have been actively involved in my local LGFA and camogie club, where teamwork and collective effort are at the heart of every success. One of my most rewarding experiences was my involvement in the Cork Minor Camogie backroom team from 2021 to 2023. We achieved tremendous success, winning two All-Ireland titles and two Munster titles in 2022 and 2023. As a member of the backroom team, my role encompassed assisting in team preparation and strategy development. I was particularly involved in analysing opponents' strengths and weaknesses, helping to devise effective game plans. Working closely with the coaching staff, I provided feedback and insights that contributed to player development. I take great pride in these achievements, knowing that our combined efforts helped the team reach the pinnacle of success in such competitive arenas.
