This project aims to deliver an end-to-end solution to meet all the lab needs, work smarter and improve efficiency, quality and save costs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicated regularly with customers concerning data exchange and technology integration.
• Elicit and understand Business Requirements through workshops, user journeys, customer profiling and design thinking to create Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Capture and document requirements in Agile Framework (Epic, Features, Stories) then prioritizing and managing backlog
• Led and assisted technical upgrade projects for clients by working and coordinating with other consultants and developers for integrations.
• Build and maintain relationships through strong communication, working proactively in cross functional team; Product Owners, Developers, QAs, Scrum Master and other BAs/Consultants.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and document process improvement opportunities.
• Identified key areas in need of improvement and implemented plans to rectify issues.
• Work closely with junior teams to ensure that business needs are met and requirements are accurately captured.

Project Name: RAMMS, iMAS, Hermes, Clear etc.

Duration: Aug'17 - Dec'21

Description: BP Shipping comprises of many applications to manage its shipping business with owned and hired vessels. These projects focus on delivering an end-to-end solutions for operations such as vetting of the vessels, getting a clearance for a voyage, conducting inspections on vessels, assessing the ports, risk analysis etc.

Responsibilities:

• Acted as technical BA for transformation project to replace legacy system and manual workarounds with flexible, efficient and future-proofed solution as part of wider program of work - Digital Transformation.
• Worked as principal Analyst on upgrade project for shipping application. Including running discovery workshops, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with UI/Backend Development, QA and UX teams across multiple locations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, prepare use case diagrams and produced efficient design/solutions in shipping industry.
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, conducting workshops, sprint planning, maintain traceability and involvement in user acceptance testing.
• Involved in requirements documentation, running estimation workshops, facilitating user acceptance testing and deployment support by managing pre and post release notes communication to users.
• Across all roles worked as part of Agile onshore/offshore team.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and support end-users during adoption phase.
• Acted as first point of contact for customers and technical team on both functional and technical queries.

Project Name: Shipboard & EC Registers.

Description: BP Shipping comprises of many applications to manage its shipping business with owned and hired vessels. These two projects focus on adhering to policy guidelines and compliance, transferring the daily operations that are logged onboard the ship will be maintained and tracked in applications from offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer feedback and identify pain points and share mitigation ideas to address them.
• Established good repo with key stakeholders by having daily interactions on gathering requirements, providing progress updates and setting expectations.
• Full E2E testing, ensuring applications work before reaching end users.
• Hosting demo workshops and providing first hand training on how application works to business
  users.
• Worked on projects with agile teams and implementing scrum methodology.
• Act as interim scrum master for project that is building and enhancing application.
