I am passionate about the industry and overtime I have learned how to improve in many aspects of my profession, playing close attention to every detail. I am an organized and clean person. I like to create relationship of trust and friendship both with the staff I work with and customers. My intention is to improve myself even more and reach new goals.
Within Amuri, I am mainly in charge of making Italian sandwiches and flatbreads, among other things, very quickly since we have a mainly office clientele that does not have time to wait, all while always maintaining order and cleanliness. I often and willingly take care of the reception at the cash register, where I quietly handle money and orders. Sometimes, in cases of necessity, I give a hand to my colleagues in the cafeteria part, where I take care of making various types of coffee and managing the dessert section.
Within this company, I worked in both the restaurant and pub sectors, having them as two adjacent premises. Here, I was never in charge of anything specific. With my colleagues, we often switched roles so that we could move better in all areas and learn more things. It has to be said that probably the one where I coped best was that of a waitress, where I personally served and took care of the customers, with whom, to this day, in fact, I have a beautiful relationship, and I hear often. One of the qualities that I always excelled at was, in fact, listening and explaining to customers what we were doing and walking them through the choice of food and drinks that might suit them.
I worked for this company as a lifeguard, but I was also in charge of the well-being of the clients, putting up the appropriate beach chairs and umbrellas, and especially keeping very good cleanliness both inside the pool and in the areas surrounding it. This job, in particular, taught me how to handle special situations, such as accidents at sea or in port.
This was my first experience as a waitress, where I learned how to deal with customers and, in general, work in this area.
I was just 17 years old when I started working for this cooperative on the beaches of my country. Thanks to them, I learned what it means to enter the world of work, how to approach people, and especially how to get in touch with your staff. I have also assisted and learned how to proceed and behave in difficult situations.
