• Contract required enabling works for welfare facilities and construction of incumbent contractors compound.
• Demolition works which included the demolition of a 10KV Transformer and adjacent substation.
• The construction of a new 10KV Transformer and T7 substation.

• Assisting with the pre construction phase and there after with the construction phase of the 39 million Pepsi salts expansion project achieving BCAR at COB 2024.
• Driving the commissioning and testing of HVAC/BMS systems between contractor and vendors to bring the project to final completion in Feb 2025.

• Daily meetings with the QAQC Manager and Quality Engineer to discuss and plan our methods and movements in relation to equipment and systems to be walked and tested prior to commissioning and power on .
• Meetings with the PM , CM and the Electrical supervisors daily and advise the construction team on the best methods of correction to the installation prior to hand over to the client .
• Supervise a team of QAQC Walk down technicians and advise on the best methods to move the project installation forward .
• Prepare and provide the benchmark protocol for project install .
• Supervise and allocate works to a team of Electrical testers and advise them on the best methods when issue arise .
• Advise electricians and electrical supervisors on the ground of the best methods of installation to meet specification .

• Daily meetings with QAQC manager and commissioning switch on engineers to plan and prioritize on equipment and systems to be energized .
• Supervising a team of walkdown technicians while giving direction on which areas of systems and equipment to take priority for pre walk inspections. Also advise on the best method of protocol between Sts , GC and client .
• Supervise a team of Electrical testers and plan daily with the Testing foreman for systems of work to go and advise the testers on the best methods when problems would arise .
• Follow and control the LOTO tag out system put in place to provide the highest standard of safety for Electricians working down stream of energized equipment .
• Organize benchmark FOK for Electrical and Mechanical install and prepare all the necessary documentation .
• Pre walk inspections of Electrical and Mechanical install prior to walk downs to achieve Red , Yellow and Green tag status.
• Advise the construction team on the best methods of correction to installation to meet specification pre energization and commissioning .

• Daily meetings with construction team with project Manager and Construction manager present to review status of work in progress and which mechanical and Electrical systems have been currently walked .
• Relay information to the construction team on what were the best methods to bring systems to a satisfactory level to meet specification .
• White board meetings with GC and client - review of CTOPS and the status of systems and equipment to be put forward for W1,W2 and W3 walk downs
• CTOP review and pre walk inspections of mechanical and Electrical systems prior to W1 and W2 walk downs .
• Filter punches down to the construction team and advise on the best methods to correct the install and bring to specification .
• Punch verification post W1 and W2 ..
• Carry out W1 walks with the GC and W2 walks with the GC and the Client , present for W3 walks to assists .
• Organize bench mark and FOK install and complete the necessary documentation .

• Walk downs on completed systems with construction team , GC and client .
• Review and close out punch items from yellow/ Green tag walk downs.
• Attendance of daily white board meetings, daily progress meetings and QC meetings.
• Review of project ITP,s , project documentation and approved drawings - insuring that construction teams are using the latest revisions and approved details.
• Update of the field view documentation .
• Organization and attendance of FOK walk downs .
• Benchmarking for installation .
• Inspections on delivered equipment and materials .
• Electrical and Mechanical systems inspections prior to walk downs .
• Supervising teams of Electricians on the best methods of install..
• Meeting deadlines on time.

• Provide detailed inspection of Electrical and Mechanical installations .
• Walk downs on completed systems and advise the construction teams on the best methods of install and correction .
• Attendance of W1 , W2 , and W3 walkdowns .
• Reporting directly to the QAQC Manager and providing daily reports on progress .
• Review and close out of punch items from yellow and green tag walkdowns .
• Organization and attendance of FOK walkdowns .
• Benchmarking for installations .
• Attend daily progress and QC meetings .
• Inspections on delivered equipment and materials .
• Inspections on primary and secondary mechanical installations .
• Mechanical completion walkdowns on completed systems and punch list clearing .

• Review of project ITP,s project documentation and approved drawings ensuring that construction teams are using the latest revisions and approved details .
• Cable tray , ladder rack , trunking and conduit containment for primary and secondary systems installation .
• Laying of LV power , control , data , fiber optic and earthing cables .
• Installation of server cabinets , fiber and data patch panels .
• Installation of street lighting system , CCTV and Card access system .
• Testing and inspection of power , control and lighting cables .
• Attendance of daily white board meetings , daily progress meetings and QC meetings .
• Review and close out punch items from walk downs .
• Provision of daily progress and constraint reports .
• Benchmarking for installations .
• Inspections on delivered equipment and materials .
• Rectification works on installations by other subcontractors .
