Food Engineering master's degree with combined experience in the food and beverage industry, research projects with international agencies and industries, and a passion for food safety, quality, testing, and assessments within the retail food and beverage industry. Collaborator with significant expertise and experience in product development, HACCP, ISO, technical management system and process, novel technologies (XR tools- MR & VR), specifications, and product system management. My experience along with strong skills in product quality and technical compliance, communication, leadership, and people management were the desire to succeed within the beverage food industry.
