Project Description:

The Corporate Hierarchy Enablement project, valued at €4 million, aims to enhance the accuracy and availability of corporate customer data to improve reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Led requirement gathering, business analysis, and gap assessments to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborated with technical teams to enhance customer data systems, improving data matching logic, and reporting processes.
• Developed functional specifications, process flows, and documentation, ensuring seamless implementation and system integration.
• Led a successful pilot run for the top 1,000 corporate clients, building a proof of value for the system enhancements.
• Established a primary master data source, significantly reducing data mismatches, and increasing adoption of corporate hierarchy data for better decision-making.

RemSys

• Gathered and analyzed requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to brainstorm technical solutions to business problems and process improvements.
• User acceptance testing (UAT) to validate user requirements and expectation.
• Played a vital role in transitioning the project from waterfall to Agile methodology

• Spearheaded the technical decommissioning of the Experian credit score service offered by the bank to its existing customers.
• Conducted a thorough analysis for overto understand the impact of decommissioning on users, systems, and business processes.
• Managed the retirement of the service, which included the removal of service details from the bank's website, mobile app, and Barclays app.
• Oversaw the technical removal of all service-related processes from backend systems, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Coordinated and executed comprehensive communication plans to inform customers about the service discontinuation, ensuring clarity and minimizing impact.

• Managed the European cross-border payments project to align sterling and foreign cash transactions.
