• Migration to the 2019 Version of the ISO 20022 Standard-based XML Messages in GPP Classic 3.x.
• Lead the configuration and changes of product solutions partnering with technical teams to meet client use cases.

• Preparing effort estimation for business analysis tasks. Prioritizing requirements to ensure analysis and implementation effort focus on the most critical requirements
• Analyzing BRD (Business Requirement Document) and Preparing Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Impact Analysis Document (IAD) and IRD (Interface Requirement Document), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Interface Solution Document (ISD)
• Presenting walkthrough of FRD (Functional Requirement Document), IAD (Impact Analysis Document) and IRD (Interface Requirement Document) and getting sign off from stakeholders. Involved throughout the project life cycle to ensure the implementation meets the requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of SWIFT payments in MT's (MT103 and MT202) and SWIFT correspondence sent in MT's (MT199, MT299, MT999, MT292, and MT192)
• Leading and motivating a team of 15+ professionals for achieving delivery and quality norms, setting objectives and managing the performance management cycle through career planning, rewards and performance appraisals
• Monitoring and handling escalations on Customers issues. Resolving queries raised by team members on their daily BAU activities
• Handling the whole gamut of people management activities including training, skill enhancement and attrition control. Conceptualized Training Material for Payments Investigations
• Trained around 100 new recruits about the Funds Transfer Payment flow and process of Investigations.
