Project HSBC: Mule Soft to Kong Migration

Role: Specialist Engineering

Migrated APIs from Mule Soft to Kong API Gateway, focusing on developing efficient API configurations and implementing seamless traffic switching strategies to ensure zero downtime during migration. Monitored traffic post-migration to optimize performance and resolve issues, ensuring improved system reliability and scalability.

Technologies Used: Eclipse, Anypoint, Jira, GIT, Splunk, Jenkins and Insomnia for project development and management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with developers to understand client requirements and participated in walkthrough to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Configured and implemented CERT and SCT policies to ensure secure API communication.
• Monitored logs using Splunk migration traffic behavior, identified issues, and optimized API performance.
• Documented processes and provided to ensure smooth project handover.

Project: Banking Customer Account Tracker.

Banking Project is a solution proposed by Wipro that was initially created for Customers to track their accounts. The Requirements and designed based on Rest APIs and performing Crud operations. Restful Web-services using Spring Boot for performing operations. Developed Rest API for performing CRUD operation for

application entities.

Technologies Used: Java(8), Spring Boot, Postman and SQL H2 Database.

Responsibilities:

• Coding using Java/J2EE.
• Used Maven automated build tool compile and run the application.
• Designed and developing coding using Core-java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, REST, JSON.
• Developed the business layer logic and implemented Data Access Object (DAO).
