  • Liaise directly with audit partners and senior leadership to report on engagement progress and emerging issues, whilst preparing and presenting audit finding reports and communicating insights and recommendations to clients' management and Boards of Directors.

  • Advised the client on various accounting issues encountered ensuring compliance with FRS 102.
  • Produced and reviewed financial statements for 24 companies ensuring compliance with the relevant disclosure requirements of FRS 102 and the Companies Act 2014.

Irish Hospitality Group (SME) | Turnover > €10M

  • Prepared group consolidation workings and consolidated Financial Statements under FRS 102.
  • Reviewed the accounting for the disposal of the trade and identified misstatements ensuring accurate and complete accounting in line with FRS 102 for a significant and exceptional transaction.

Irish Construction Group (SME) | Turnover > €10M

  • Evaluated goodwill impairment model and assessed cash flows.
  • Performed detailed work on the going concern assumption including assessment of forecasted revenues and cash including sensitivity analysis.
