Quickly promoted from server to bar-tending staff where I excelled at drink preparation and my increased back-end responsibilities -

• Overseen bar record-keeping and stocktaking for organised and profitable operations
• Integrated and trained all new bar and wait staff on drink preparation, customer service and general operation duties
• Executed and was responsible for my own bar and team of staff summer of 2024 for the bi-annual renowned Volvo Cork Week (Event comprising of 4000 attendees)

I knew I wanted to work with accounts in the area of commerce and finance at a young age and therefore prioritized a local accountancy firm for experience -

• Completing large bank reconciliations for multiple companies
• Preparing trial balances and lead schedules
• Executing general but necessary office duties of scanning and filing

Whereas some people feel indifferent about children working for family companies, I believe it to be highly beneficial for young people to be engaged from the start in a business environment.

Growing up with such experience has without question led to the development of my personal work ethic and deepened my knowledge of the world of commerce -

• Completed general administration duties including invoicing, statements and bank reconciliations
• Performed industry specific roles such as finalising annual environmental reports, consignments sheets and logging vehicle defect reports
