Oversight of €18.5m current budget and €40m capital budget, with responsibility for governance, accountability, and value for money.
Central role in the State’s humanitarian response to the Ukraine crisis, including establishing Citywest as a Transit Hub.
Led system-wide approaches to capacity planning, emergency preparedness, and incident response.
