My name is Paul Mallon, I am an electrical apprentice currently in phase 7 waiting for my qualification papers due in the coming weeks. As i am now at the end of my apprenticeship and have completed all phases necessary I am looking to find employment as a qualified electrician and increase my knowledge in the engineering field. My main areas of expertise is industrial fault finding and have shown proficiency in both commercial and domestic installations. I carried out my apprenticeship in the printing company Boylan Print, a board sleeves, magazine and labels manufacturer. i believe my apprenticeship has served me well to be ready for any challenges that may happen wherever i end up in employment due to a broad range of both mechanical and electrical work. I served my time working directly under the head electrician and head engineer in a team of 3 full tie workers, i feel working in such a small team has exposed me to both team work and lots of working individually. My experience in a high paced, high pressure environment i believe will serve me well in any job i may be hired for as it has helped me be able to keep a cool head and not lower my working standards if under time restraints
