Summary

I am a highly motivated professional with over twenty years’ experience in the financial sector, working primarily within Operations at Citi, a Tier One Investment Bank, and more recently at TP ICAP, the world’s largest inter‑dealer broker. My career spans a wide range of roles across multiple functions, giving me deep front‑to‑back knowledge of investment banking and inter‑dealer broking. This breadth of experience has strengthened my expertise in process management, operational risk, controls, and reporting.

I bring over fifteen years of people‑management experience, consistently leading high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments. I have a strong passion for developing talent and a proven record of building teams that consistently meet and exceed expectations. In addition, I have a well‑established track record in delivering complex change initiatives, working in close partnership with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance at both regional and global levels.

As part of a major TP ICAP organisational change programme, I am currently leading the transition of our team’s processes from Belfast to Manila. This follows my earlier success in overseeing the relocation of the Citi Belfast Settlements team to Pune in 2010. These large‑scale transition projects have given me extensive experience in redesigning operating models, strengthening control frameworks, and ensuring service continuity during periods of significant change. They have also enabled me to build strong cross‑regional partnerships, enhance process efficiency, and gain a deep understanding of global delivery models and the cultural, operational, and governance benefits they create.
