  • Responsibility for ensuring that all NPA processes are compliant with Legislation and internal HSE regulation e.g

  • Development and implementation of ambitious robotics programme to ensure efficiencies in processing which lead to significant quality improvements and WTE savings
  • Implementation of a shared services model of delivery for Personnel Administration Processes, with a constant focus on relationship management, process improvement and metrics etc
  • Proactive management of all customer relationships to ensure services delivered are in line with customer expectations and requirements
  • Manage and maintain productive cross functional business relationships with colleagues in Resourcing, Payroll, and Superannuation etc

  • I implemented and managed third party contracts for the provision of Temporary Locum Staff (Agency) to the HSE in key Areas of Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Support Staff

  • I developed and implemented recruitment standards to ensure that all Agency staff are recruited in line with HSE Recruitment Policy with particular emphasis on pre-employment screening e.g
