General Manager - National Recruitment Service
·6,500 contracts issued in 2023 across a significant number of grades.
Development and Implementation of Recruitment Operating Model to ensure future needs to organisation are met.
· Development of productive business relationships with key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders through active engagement
· Overall responsibility for delivery of recruitment services for Corporate National Functions
· Overall responsibility for the delivery of large scale national campaigns for HSPCs and Management Admin Staff,
· Management of third party managed service providers
· Work with relevant parties to ensure maximisation of available technology and implementation of new technologies.
· Management and oversite of Recruitment operating model to ensure a fully compliant process is implemented
· Re-definition of processes to ensure that external legislative requirements are met e.g. Garda Vetting legislation
· Ensuring process undertaken by the managed service provider is in line with internal HSE Process.
· Development and deployment of appropriate training materials for process participants.
· Constant review and internal audit of process to ensure correct.
· Constant review of key performance indicators to ensure they remain in line with organisational requirements and expectations
· Provide leadership to NRS Team of approx 90 staff
