  • I have worked for Lynk Taxi since 2006, As the Telephonist / Dispatcher.
  • Used phone etiquette to deliver messages to customers/drivers and head office with almost 100% accuracy.
  • Updated phone directory to maintain accurate information.
  • Supported and advised distressed emergency calls from the hospitals regarding dialysis scheduling and blood sampling/testing.
  • I am responsible for dealing with all incoming calls from our customers; not only domestic but including the HSE, Tusla, and all the regional hospitals to name but a few, ensuring that all taxi requests have been properly assigned and scheduled to the drivers.
  • I manage the electronic taxi queuing system so drivers know their schedules and timing pick ups.
  • I am also responsible for providing quotes to customers for taxi fares including our corporate customers.
  • I also deal with any customer grievances that arise. In such circumstances, I aim to resolve these issues in a timely manner that benefits the customer, driver and Lynk Taxi by following the prescribed procedures relating to the handling of customer complaints, I am able to resolve these issues in a professional and
