Final-year physiotherapy student at UCD with experience as a fitness coach at FFS Gym Dundrum and former strength & conditioning coach for the Mayo Senior Ladies football team. Holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Management. Highly motivated with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and group classes focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness.
