The Broken Jug moved premises under the same ownership to The Cot and Cobble in 2018. Over the years, I took on increasing responsibilities.
Roles included: stocking bars (2015), kitchen porter (2015), glass collector (2016), waiter (2016-2022), bartender (2017-2022), and nightclub manager (2018-2020).

The diverse range of modules I studied, which included Sales, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, and Business Information Systems, provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the essential skills required in the sales industry. In particular, a selling process module deepened my enthusiasm for the field, as I learned the strategies behind effective selling and customer relationship management. Overall, my studies at ATU not only solidified my interest in sales but also equipped me with a well-rounded skill set to excel in the industry.
