• Delivering person-centred personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and continence care, ensuring dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times, including safe management of catheter care.
• Supporting patients with safe mobilisation and transfers in and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, using approved moving and handling techniques and equipment such as hoists and slide sheets in line with risk assessments.

Provided one-to-one and small group support to children with a range of learning and developmental needs, adapting activities to meet individual learning plans and support early development in line with the EYFS framework.

Worked closely with the class teacher and Early Years practitioners to support differentiated learning activities, helping to tailor play-based learning to suit different abilities, learning styles, and stages of development.
