  • Worked with the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi (FIIRO) to develop local alternatives to the previously imported admixtures, hardeners and release agents used for Decorative Concrete work. A move which has saved the company millions in foreign exchange.
  • Secured contracts for and Constructed Hundreds of Kilometers of Estate Roads and Drainage around Lagos Metropolis.
  • Secured contracts for and Constructed Hundreds of thousands square meters of decorative concrete driveways, walkways and parking areas in residential and commercial projects across the country

Achievements:  Assembled the Project Team : Successfully selected and led the design team for The Club's Integrated Golf Range Project. This comprehensive project includes long and short game areas, a practice range, a virtual golf simulation zone, a lounge, and a 60-vehicle capacity car park, among other facilities.

Secured Project Approval and Funding : Gained approval from the trustees and members for the N200 million project. Facilitated funding through effective fundraising efforts, generating over N60 million in donations.

Organized Competitions: Collaborated with the Competition Subcommittee, successfully organizing thirty-one competitions, including week-long events such as The Club Championship and The Captain's Bow Out, which had elaborate closing/presentation ceremonies.

  • Received an award from the Lagos State Government in recognition of our support for the state's schools and teachers.
