• Understand and address the needs of users.
• Define the requirements and write user stories.
• Work closely with development and design to ensure product development and launch.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to address challenges and streamline processes.
• Ensure the product meets all required regulations and standards, ensuring quality and compliance.
  

Achievements:

• Launched the Real Estate branch system to enhance workflow, streamline approvals, improve customer interaction, and optimize overall operational efficiency.
• Automated the call center collectors' work to enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and customer interactions.
