I commenced working in Retail and worked for 7 years as a Retail Manager, I then progressed into the field of consultancy, with the main goal of reviewing, reporting & implementing change to existing systems within the various company's portfolio of business interests. In 2010 I changed my career path and pivoted towards the management & coordination of administration on a major motorway construction project in Poland. My principal duties covered administration, cost coding invoices, raising purchase orders, international travel bookings for 250 employees. I relocated to Australia and spent 5 years on the Project Management Team for an Upstream Gas Project, managing office support staff, coordinating all accommodation & travel requirements for 900 people based in company provided accommodation and managing contracts for aviation-chartered services. In 2017 I moved to Canada and my most recent role was office Manager on the Transmountain Expansion project. I was responsible for the initial set up of the site offices to accommodate 220 office based employees, general office administration & IT support, travel & accommodation bookings and site wide communications & events
