• I am responsible for 50 operatives on a daily basis at the Hinkley Point C project
• My duties include ensuring the safe delivery of works, carrying out works to approved site procedures and method statements, holding meetings, communicating with the project manager, keeping a detailed site diary, coordinating deliveries, attending planning meetings, and managing subcontractor interfaces.

• I was responsible for the safe delivery of works and site management on the Henry Royce Institute project
• I was responsible for 15 groundworkers and ensured the successful delivery of various drainage and excavation works
• My duties included overseeing 50 operatives, attending briefings, coordinating with the project leader and project manager, reporting progress, managing subcontractors, and keeping detailed site records.

• I was responsible for the safe delivery of works and site management on various projects, including Cavendish Community Primary School, Dean Ardwick Trust Secondary School, St
• Lukes Primary School, Levenshulme Leisure Centre, St Johns, Asbury Meadows, MIHP, The Deans Primary School, and Lytham Road Secondary School
• I was responsible for 10-20 operatives on a daily basis
• My duties included briefing the team on their targets, ensuring all operatives are briefed on the relevant Method Statements, Task Sheets, and Tool Box Talks, liaising with contractors, attending meetings, and ensuring the works are being installed to the standard required and in accordance with health and safety documents.

• I was responsible for the safe delivery of works and site management on the Oldham College Hough End Leisure Centre project
• I was responsible for 10 operatives on a daily basis
• My duties included briefing the team on their targets, ensuring all operatives are briefed on the relevant Method Statements, Task Sheets, and Tool Box Talks, maintaining detailed records, liaising with contractors, attending meetings, and ensuring the works are being installed to the standard required and in accordance with health and safety documents.

• As a supervisor i worked on various Metro sections around manchester and surrounding boroughs , My role required me to work with various teams ie other trades, engineers,council members/authorities.
• The works carried out included,drainage storm/fowl,watermain installation diversion & removal of old utility's,ducting and transformer installation,ground preparation,installation of new tramstops,adhering to all Health and safety policy.
• Directed and supervised team of 15 employees in daily operations.
• Developed and implemented operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy of workflows.
• Maintained accurate records of employee performance, attendance, leave requests, and disciplinary actions.
• Implemented cost-cutting measures without compromising quality of services offered.

• I worked as a section supervisor on a Gas Pipeline installation in North West Queensland. My role required me to look after a section installation backfill and weld team under a section manager,
• My daily activates included morning briefings,tool box talks,ensuring health and safety practices were adhered to throughout the shift,ensuring the quality of the work and liaising with all parties to make sure programmes were met.
• Supervised staff of 10 and monitored their performance, providing feedback to ensure quality standards were met.
• Ensured completion of daily tasks by assigning duties, monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed.
• Maintained records of personnel attendance, vacation time and sick leave.

* My role as section chargehand included, daily briefings, helping my supervisor with health and safety issues as well being in charge of a small team of groundworkers.

• My daily tasks included but not limited to, drainage, ducting,watermain installation, reinstatment,footpaths,kerbing.
