My duties were QAQC, L2 dead testing and L3, and Load Banking. QAQC: Performed routine inspections on the quality of electrical completion after construction of the installation on scheduled walkdowns, observing installation to ensure construction is complete. Cleanliness and cable installation termination, cable colour coding of electrical equipment, control panels, generators, chillers, pumps, switchboards, fan coil units, fan walls, AHUs, CRAH, CRAC, fan walls, and fire system components checked and ensure deep cleaned to remove all risks of metal swarf, dust, and general debris. Punch list created for closure by Vendors on open issues at end of inspection or the equipment is verified level complete
and signed by the Vendor, GC and Cx agent. L2 and L3 testing of switchgear: check the condition of the insulation of switchgear cables, Temperature rise limits. Dielectric properties. Short-circuit resistance. Effectiveness of the protective circuit. Clearances and creepage distances.

• Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of machines and equipment while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, tests, repairs, and communicates issues to Manager effectively; conducts additional repair work as advised by managers

Company Overview: I joined the project in Geoje-do South Korea (Samsung Shipyard and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd).I worked Electrical panel and Smart drilling Instrumentation on NOV drilling equipment to carry out per commissioning & commissioning, sea trials of various 6th Generation drill ship. My duties included installation of the rig sensors, pit sensors, gas sensors and glow line sensor. Calibration of rig sensors which included depth, stand pipe pressure, torque, hook load and heave sensors Calibrating the GC and THA by using methane and mixture gas of hydrocarbons. I have also worked with the team of maintenance, commissioning and trouble shooting. Deep understanding of Siemens step 7-300 plc software STL and FBD logic and all aspects of inputs and outputs of the system. My other responsibilities included. Install, repair, alter, and maintain electrical conductors, fittings, devices, and fixtures for heating, lighting, or p purposes. Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints. Install and repair electrical systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests .Pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices. Safely use various hand and power tools.

• Installing, maintenance, operating and uninstalling of the specific equipment for drilling fluids treatment
• Issuing daily reports about the parameters of the operating equipment, liquid and solid disposal for the beneficiary

• Maintenance of Brandt centrifuges HS3400, Derrick shell shakers Hi-G dryer, Kem tron DE watering unit and centrifuge, electrical panels and hydraulic system (control operation in field)
• Supervising the day to day well-site operational activities of the contract like serving providing shop overhauling, field installation, commissioning, maintenance, operation and customer support for all equipment
