• Write and finalize System Test (ST) and System Integration Test (SIT) cases based on client-provided system requirements.

Upon receiving a new test build in Q1, as a tester:

• Verify issues based on client requirements.
• Perform cross-browser testing, including CBT and real device testing.
• Report any bugs found in the build using JIRA.

When receiving a bug-free build from the developer:

• Test the build again to check if previous issues have been fixed.
• If the issues are resolved, push the build to staging.

Staging the build involves:

• Pushing the template to Salesforce Cloud.
• Identifying and addressing different issues than those found in Q1.

When the staged template is bug-free:

• The client testing team tests the template.
• If issues are found, they submit a change request (CR) to the developer.

Once all client-reported issues are fixed:

• Push the build to the live environment of the client.
• Address any new issues specific to the live environment.

During User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Performed various demo calls and training sessions for client users

At the end of the project:

• Document all testing data, including issues and defect IDs, from each testing round into a comprehensive test data document

E-learning content and promotional advertisement:

• Work extensively on creating and checking e-learning data and promotional advertisements.
• Verify content, images, videos, GIFs, and video transcripts in the templates.

Testing multilingual templates:

• Each round of testing involved checking nine templates: one for each of the eight major languages and one general template.
• Language-specific templates ranged from 800 to 2000 pages depending on the brand

Test scenario creation and testing methodologies:

• Develop test scenarios by thoroughly reading the entire transcript of the template.
• Followed the waterfall model throughout the testing cycle.

Cross-browser and real device testing:

• Performed cross-browser & real device testing in Litmus for each language template.

Project management & bug reporting

• Utilized Trello to manage projects and maintain project progress.
• Report every bug through JIRA for efficient tracking and resolution.

• Lead the "Perfection Learning" project, which involved a technical E-book covering an entire subject syllabus.
