- I worked a summer position here while living in Vancouver.
- My main responsibilities were at the front desk helping customers with rentals and advising them on attractions and routes they could take in the city. I also handled sales from the retail aspect of the shop. In addition to my front of house position I also assisted customers in setting up their bikes and running through safety demonstrations with them.
- I believe I gained a lot of experience in customer service in this position and thoroughly enjoyed dealing with customers and ensuring they had the best possible experience with us. I was told I was a very fast learner and believe the company had a lot of confidence in my ability.
