Naveed Akbar

A Civil Engineering student who is currently entering second year of college with a great ambition in acquiring a strong knowledge and experience in the engineering field. I consider myself a great team player and enthusiastic in helping my team with research and project management. I am also a hard worker who is flexible to learn quickly and effectively and willing to do my best in whatever situation that arises.

Driven individual with proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities. Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with adaptability and problem-solving abilities. Aims to contribute positively to organizational goals and foster collaborative work environment.

I have experience using AutoCAD and Revit for some of my projects including making a house plan and making beams as well as converting the house plan from AutoCAD to Revit and adding doors and windows.

I have knowledge of physics, structural mechanics and land surveying. I have conducted many experiments and wrote many professional laboratory reports on them. I have solved many beam problems with UDL's and without, frame analysis and section properties. I also have experience in setting out a house, conducting levelling project, getting the area of an irregular shape and contour project.

• In my free time, I like to keep myself productive by going to the gym five times a week and working out in the house, I also enjoy playing sports such as football, cricket, basketball, table tennis and billiards, where I develop communication skills and collaborate with other people. I also have a keen interest in learning languages, as it is interesting and enhances your knowledge of different cultures.
