  • After relocating to Celbridge, I was hired as a waitress/bar staff and quickly progressed onto managing the daily operations of a busy pub which served carvery. I managed a team of about 6 staff and was responsible for all aspects of the running of the business. This included: Opening & closing of the pub, being the keyholder, cash reconciliation, organizing rosters, cleaning in the morning before opening, ensuring that staff are adhering to cleaning rosters and deep cleaning is done. The pub was sold in late 2018 which was the reason for having to leave this position.
