
After a period of raising my children, who are all in secondary school, I am now seeking to return to work and keen to regain a good career.
I am hard working, patient and have a high degree of attention to detail. I display a positive attitude and willingness to learn. I have a structured and organized approach to work and am proficient in Office 365 applications.
While out of my career during child-rearing, I kept up with my computer skills through freelance translation work. I am also ready to re-train and learn what I need to, to ensure that I succeed in my next role.
During my work in Arvato Finance Services I completed several courses (Excel, Powerpoint, Business Communication, etc).
As Assistant Business Operations Analyst, I co-ordinated data with other departments to ensure all business figures were in order, I analysed information from our database with a view to producing high quality periodic reports, spreadsheets and presentations for management review.
I progressed to Senior Billing Administrator, with the following responsibilities: supervising workflow and monitoring administrative staff productivity, training new staff members, delegating tasks and generating monthly & quarterly reports.
As Billing Administrator, my tasks included monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full, working with automated billing and related systems, resolving enquiries and billing questions, managing the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
