NAIL THE PLAN

  • Middle mile: Worked on reducing indirect HC by deploying motorized conveyor, which resulted in a uplift of ~3-4% TPH and a cost saving on reducing 6 indirect of $21.7K.
  • Middle Mile : · Scaled a launch site from 47 TPH to a phenomenal 56% incremental TPH of 74 and also recorded AMET’s highest in WK 47 & 48 (100+ TPH).

  • Led Transhipment as a POC from DXB3, during the rampup of DXB5 400K units were transferred increasing DPMO. I took proactive measures to reduce working closely with ACES and learning refining and standardizing the SOP. Improvement recorded was 22% favorable WOW. Reactive transfers introduced partnering with supply chain resulted in cost saving of $3.47MM / year.
  • A frugal solution to a blind spot was deployed which tracked and traced totes circulating in the FC. This resulted in FC controllable misses to reduce by 25% at a cost of $1.8K.
  • BMI metric improvement as a Pick AM, achieved best in class for SF, FS and UIT. UIT showing 15% improvement WOW driving at 3.3% overall idle time.

Environment

  • PPE recycling was launched in DXB3 making DXB3 fully compliant with environmental regulatory standards.
  • Motion sensor lights were implemented with existing hardware at the time of launch driving a savings of $700 each year and a step towards Amazon's carbon free tenet.

  • As a pick SME was able to bring 22% improvement in Pick UPH from Q12023 to Q3 2023 by implementing several amazon standards and features. improvement showed savings of $36K.
