• Recover patients from anesthesia, closely monitoring patency of patient's airway and observing patients for any signs and symptoms of anesthetic's side effects
• Took vital signs and recorded accordingly, assess patients in recovery room following surgical procedures, making sure that patient's surgical site is dry and intact
• Evaluated patients' pain levels, implementing correct dosage of medication to alleviate discomfort.

• Being the nurse in charge in a ward with 30 bed capacity - as nurse in charge, I am responsible for overall management of the ward - its patients and staff when managers are off the ward

• Working closely with surgeons, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers to provide excellent care

• Taking care of critically ill and unstable patients that requires one is to one monitoring due to the acuity and dependency of the patient
• My responsibilities include but not limited to: monitoring vital signs, adequacy of ventilation, and levels of consciousness and pain, administering medications as determined by the patient’s condition (IV, Subcutaneous), monitoring patients’ fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances.

• Looking after patients undergoing various surgical procedures including orthopedic, urology including kidney transplants, ENT, ophthalmic and general surgeries like thyroidectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy or more complex procedure sush as Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) surgery
• Precepting newly hired nurses, providing guidance and mentorship when teaching on hospital policies, emergency procedures, and nursing best practices.
