As President, I led the company’s go-to-market strategy, operational execution, and digital platform development, with a focus on enabling value-based care through technology and clinical integration.

• Designed and executed a comprehensive market access strategy for RPM services, including operational workflows, reimbursement models, and provider engagement plans.
• Developed strategic business plans to drive profitability and long-term growth, aligning with Medicare and commercial insurer billing frameworks.
• Led the creation of an inside sales model targeting high-value providers, leveraging CMS data to personalise outreach and business case development.
• Established and managed a multidisciplinary care coordination team, comprising registered nurses and medical assistants, to oversee patient triage, clinician engagement, and documentation for payer compliance.
