• Policy/guideline localization, cascading, clarification for labeling teams to ensure accurate understanding of the policy/guideline
• Support the training and go-live process of labeling team
• Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality

• Working closely with the General Manager to develop 36 month growth acquisition plan, including strategy to achieve this plan
• Negotiating and structuring deals
• Becoming an expert at Salesforce while ensuring full compliance of the company business development procedures and driving improvements to the process when shortcomings are identified
• Becoming fluent in local public policy and existing short term rental regulations
• Managing all landlords whether lease or partnership for the duration of the company's business relationship with them
• Develop, train and manage network of local agent/broker partners to drive supply acquisition on a commission basis.

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity and supervision of personnel in the Shipping, Receiving, and Materials Warehouse areas
• Daily duties include ensuring accurate shipping, receiving and product movement
• Maintaining accurate inventories, cycle count performance, and general movement of product throughout the facility.

• Oversees all aspects of inventory control and personnel
• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
• Establishes interdepartmental guidelines and policies
• Maintains a warehouse inventory management system
• Manages and creates inventory control processes
• Maintains adequate inventory levels and appropriate control
• Communicates any discrepancies or issues to inventory team and related departments
• Responsible for keeping stock items and parts in an organized manner
• Generates, develops and implements appropriate/standardized reporting
• Generates distribution of weekly reports, summarizing inventory accuracy through use of cycle counts
• Ensures inventory shrinkage is kept to an absolute minimum, foreseeing loss of inventory due to theft, fraud, loss and damage or counting errors.
