• Leak Detection & Investigation: Using specialized equipment such as acoustic logging devices, correlators, ground microphones, and listening sticks to detect both visible and underground leaks.
• Meter Maintenance & Replacement: Supervise or directly perform the maintenance, repair, and replacement of bulk water meters and customer boundary boxes.
• Data Accuracy & Analysis: Review meter reading, investigate anomalies to maintain meter functionality across the network.

• Customer & Stakeholder Service: Handle, verify, and resolve customer-side leaks, acting as a liaison between the public and repair teams.
• Asset Management: Record accurate technical details on repair activities, ensure asset data integrity, and monitor network equipment performance

• Responsibilities include;

• Pin-Pointing leaks
• Monitoring DMAs for high UFW by using Netbase and telemetry
