• Construction of Residential Apartments in Belhar (Cape Town) – CapeCON Construction, The Belhar (Pocket 13) Residential apartments were designed and drawn by SVA Architects (Pty) Ltd and the client was Calgro M3 Developments (Pty) Ltd. The facility is a mix-use facility is 4 storeys high and boats of 308 walkup units 2 bedrooms & one bedroom units. The belhar lofts consists of 356 sectional title units, apartments and lofts of varying sizes between 32-81 m².
