In this company i was installing stainless shed pipe and carbon pipe. i was installing and tig tacking all of the spools for the welders all sizes were used on this site biggest being 12 inch shed 80 we used chain blocks and come alongs to manoeuvre the spools into position we installed shoes and made sure the pipe had the correct fall according to the iso.

• With this company I was subbed into BMD's workshop.
• In the workshop we carried out an abundance of high purity orbital welding ranging from micro 1/4 inch up to 6 inch tube.
• A lot of my knowledge is on orbitalum plants working on micro 1/4 inch-2 inch tube alongside ami plants where I have worked on 3-6 inch tube.
• Over the course of my time spent here I developed my TIG welding skills through tacking and welding all diameters of tubes.
• I spent the majority of my time working in cleanrooms working PEDs, tool install and base build.
• I have also worked in Intel Israel in a workshop for 8 weeks prior to attending phase 6 of my apprenticeship where I done a lot of 4 & 6 inch welding with an ami plant.

• I started my apprenticeship with Glenfield engineering in February 2019 where I was introduced to pipefitting in MSD Swords. Here I learned how to work independently, in a team and also in a fast paced environment where I was given tasks and had to carry them out with a high standard of work.
• Once this job came to a close in September 2019 I was moved onto Wuxi Dundalk. Here I was introduced to high purity work while sub contracted into jones engineering. I was working a mixture of day and night shifts over my time spent here.
• My next site was Intel Leixlip. Here I was fitting 32 & 64 inch pipework along the rooftop for various services.
• Following Intel was my first independent job as the main high purity welder was in a small pharmaceutical project in Bray.
• My next job was a data center located outside Berlin, Germany.
