I am a hard working, punctual, ambitious, and organized individual who strives to expand my knowledge in Economics and Finance. I pride myself on being a fast learner, good team player and a highly driven individual. I am seeking a summer internship where I may get the opportunity to apply the theoritical knowledge I have learned in University to the real world whilst also making a positive contribution to the workplace.
Since returning to education I have began to read a lot more often in order to enhance my skills in constructing written assignments, expand my knowledge and also improve my vocabulary overall to further enhance my ability to work in a professional setting. In my spare time I like to read business newsletters such as Financial Times for which I have a subscription and also Reuters, I feel it is essential in the field I am studying to constantly keep up to date with the macroeconomic and business environment. I also enjoy reading classical literature in my spare time as a stress release where I am currently trying to complete a list of "100 Books to Read Before You Die".
I currently work part time doing food deliveries at weekends in order to maintain myself throughout the academic year.
