Summary

During my twenty one years as an educator and in my various other roles in school I have built and maintained effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents, SNAs, school management and outside agencies.

My Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership has afforded me the opportunity to not only develop an understanding of what effective and sustainable leadership is but it has also enabled me to critique my own practice as a leader.
