1. Project Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the design delivery process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring each stage progresses smoothly.
2. Design Review and Coordination:
Study and review all project documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure design integrity and compliance with project goals.
Prepare and review architectural drawings to meet design requirements and adhere to UAE guidelines and regulations.
3. Authority and Developer Submissions:
Manage and coordinate submissions to relevant authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, DCD, RTA, Dubai One Single Window) and developers (Nakheel, Emaar, Meraas).
Ensure timely approvals and address any feedback or revisions required by these entities.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
Attend and facilitate all interface and coordination meetings with consortium entities, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of project issues.
Coordinate the preparation of all architectural design documents and reports in collaboration with other disciplines (MEP, Structural).
