Role of Associate Director within Manufacturing at WuXi Biologics for over 4 years in a very challenging environment. I have had opportunity to continuously develop and broaden my professional skill set in order to succeed and broaden my understanding in a senior role. As senior leader I have been responsible for various aspects of the project delivery ranging from facility design to commissioning and qualification within a Biologics Perfusion Processing facility.

The last few years have seen unprecedented challenges due to global pandemic, demand for hybrid working and resource availability across the industry. During this time I took my first steps in a senior leadership role with additional responsibilities and further understanding of what is required to build a successful manufacturing environment.

I have demonstrated an ambition over the last number of years to seek the correct opportunities in order to progress my career. Within each role I have had I have demonstrated a keen work ethic, an ability to work cross functionally and manage challenging situations to achieve appropriate successes personally and for the organisation.

Over the period I have been in my current roles I have developed additional expertise in regulations, compliance and safety procedures. Reliably and successfully resolves conflicts and complaints. Managed and submitted area budgets ensuring awareness to maintaining productivity and minimizing costs to remain within allocated budget.
