• I have about 4 years experience working in a warehouse for amazon where I am picking routes and sorting packages into bags for the delivery drivers.
• I have also been up-skilled in a job called problem solving. this job involves me taking ownership of my belts and being responsible for associates performances. i need to coach associates on pick and stow practices and make sure they adhere to the company's targets; therefore achieving 100% across the belts i am accountable for. I like this job because i feel that i can further develop myself learning to solve new problems while learning new metrics.
• I also have experience in a job called feeding. this job involves me controlling an induct rate to make sure the operation is ran smoothly while hitting the hourly targets I need to adhere to. In this job i am also accountable for safety around the area, making sure all associates are following the correct procedures and picking up any rubbish that is left on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and monitor workflows, track on site performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts, reviewing hourly flows and adhering to hourly expectations, understanding risk and capacity that is required to meet customer demand.

• Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working

environment, and increase workforce engagement utilising the mechanisms that are in place within the site.

• Constantly met profitability targets by monitoring operational performance against agreed KPIs and

promptly addressing areas for improvement, Specifically in area’s that were in relation to Quality such as FSAF, FPY and Benchmark KPI’s that were required across Picking & Stowing and following standard work adherence in line with monthly Progress, Calibration and back to basics audit expectations

• Ensure that all team members adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Use data analysis to identify ways to optimise safety,

quality and productivity KPI’s utilising amazon’s tools and mechanisms to further understand opportunities from root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular safety audits, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to

maintain a safe work environment. This was carried out by carrying out regular audits throughout shift, carrying out seek to understand conversations and ensuring individuals were recognised for maintaining a high focus towards safety expectations.

• Carrying out coaching conversations with a team of approx. 100+ Per shift, understanding opportunities of improvement and ensuring that New hires and Tenured AA’s are familiar with the relevant process’s that are carried out as part of the sortation process.
