Within the industry I have achieved many goals .

Designing, planning and constructing projects within my own company in Spain E.m.f euro design s.l .

I have designed/ project managed and overseen many renovation works with structural applications both building up and out .

Within the time owning my own company I have project managed many new build projects from excavating and pulling new builds up from the ground as far as 3 storey town houses right to the finishing point cosmetically and handing over to the client.

I have accomplished been able to oversee multiple sites both new builds and renovation projects . Ordering of materials making sure always one step ahead of each trades so every project runs smoothly so targets can be reached .. im experienced in finishing fit outs of which site management skills have been used to runs sites smoothly
