  • Currently responsible for a portfolio of 20 car parks including 13 large multi-storey car park management contracts including major hospitals, shopping centres, institutional and privately owner car parks.

  • Responsible for 12+ pay and display and permit only car parks including managing a mobile parking enforcement service, cash collections, permit management, maintenance and cleaning, Health & Safety, compliance and client reporting.
  • Oversaw the procurement, installation and launch of circa. 15 parking management systems in multi-storey car park also procured and project managed various signage, line marking / deck painting, lighting, painting/decoration and CCTV projects.
