Projects

Year 3 Thesis, As part of my thesis entitled comparison of antioxidants of different teas, I completed literary research on statistical process control on which was then put into practice over several weeks in a supervised setting. An interview/ VIVA was also conducted as part of the project. This enabled me to develop my presentation, communication, research, analytical, organizational & time-keeping skills amongst others. I had to collect data in the lab using several scientific methods such as dilutions, measuring colorimetric changes using machines such as spectrophotometers and then using the data to investigate 99% confidence intervals with programs like Excel.
