3DTrade is a start-up, created by a team of 3D printing enthusiasts, including myself, who decided to create an online platform in Ukraine. The platform not only sells equipment for 3D printing, but also provides customers with everything they need to become professionals in the world of 3D printing. It still works nowadays, even during wartime.

Duties:

  • Content management of 3dtrade.com.ua in Ukrainian, English, and Russian languages.
  • Content management of marketplaces – izi.ua, prom.ua, olx.com, zakupka.ua, and rozetka.com.ua.
  • Writing scripts for 3D printing and 3D printer upgrade and maintenance educational videos.
  • Online sales as a sales manager and call-center operator. Processing all claims and requests as a customer service support worker.
  • Work management and coordination of working process at the physical office and demonstration center (dealing with rental, fees, documentary, postage, any problems, control of the cleaners, opening and closing demonstration hall)
  • Negotiations with suppliers.
  • Working with the network of dealers from all over Ukraine.
  • Organization of wholesale purchase of 3d printing equipment (also parts and materials) from China manufacturer (3 big world-known brands)
  • SMM - working with different social media, including maintenance of groups (Facebook, Instagram, lending pages)
